Obeying the laws about buying something when you visit a model shop, I came away with a very nearly TT scale Star Wars X-Wing kit for a tenner. The payment aims to help with the increased cost of heating during the winter months. According to the updated guidance available on GOV.UK, the DWP will issue letters in October and November to inform pensioners about the amount they will receive.
